Springtime Dresses
Happy Easter weekend friends! I hope you are enjoying the holiday with warm sunshine, family and friends.
It’s officially spring and nothing makes me happier. Time for twirly dresses, floppy sunhats, and bright floral prints.
You can almost feel the onset of summer.
My littlest is a spring chick, and I’m filled with wonder at the fact that she is about to turn two! I can’t wait to hop around with her tomorrow in our pretty Easter dresses.
I purchased this floaty dream towards the end of summer and have been dying to wear it ever since. (I’m an out-right nerd about saving items for just the right occasion.) And if you can’t tell, I was equally excited to pop on this delicious flower crown as my third piece.
My woven basket is by Eliza Gran Studios and is equal parts artful and adorable. I’ve been using it as a carryall, and when it’s not in use, it’s on display in our house. A combination of function and beauty, the number of uses for this coveted basket are endless. It’s the perfect companion for a trip to the farmer’s market, or could be filled with a pretty potted plant. I’ve used it to store everything from toys and blankets to magazines.
This weekend take time to step outside and explore. Pedal your bike at max speed. Climb a tree. Lace flowers in your hair. Slip off your shoes and feel the grass between your toes. Take a deep breath of that green glorious earth and just be.
